I recently rented a 65 inch television and sectional from this store. My sectional was priced at $700, as a scratch and dent item. I ran into financial hardship and was late 2 weeks on my monthly payment. I received a call from a manager, and advised them of the same. I was threatened, and told that I would need to relinquish the items, as I advised the manager, I am paying on this item and would hate for the amount I paid to be expended. He rudely told me that he would need to come get the items. My work hours are from 10:30-7:00pm, almost the same as work hours. When the items were delivered to my home, I was at work. I advised the manager, the only time I could come in would be on the weekends, he was very irate and unprofessional. After menacing phone calls, I advised him to pick up the television and I would make an arrangement on the sectional. I believe Nicholas is his name, he sent very rude and condescending text messages which I still have. I WILL NEVER EVER do business again
