I have agreed to let them manage my 2 rental properties in Ashburn. They hired a professional to shoot pictures and perform a 3D modeling of the house for contactless showings. I appreciated that and both my homes rented within a week. Their upfront leasing cost is much cheaper than the other companies I interviewed but the management fee is slightly higher but I feel that they were able to back that up with a seemingly iron-clad guarantee program which was more than I observed elsewhere.
