Reviewer853502 Is telling the truth I am currently having the same issues with them. The numbers they have for the apartment managers never answer the phone and if any one does pick up the phone the Apartment has been rented days or months ago. This place is st. And all the other ones like it. All they do is spam the free websites and claim the posting as there’s. This is a scam and I am reporting them.

They claim they save you time by not having to drive around looking for rental properties, scouring the internet or newspapers. Not true they copy everything from internet and newspapers and post it on their website. They also claim they update the website each and everyday with their "specialized team" they do not all apartment are already taken. I fell victim to this scam due to my desperation for an apartment. So please do not give any money to this so call assistance for an apartment. This is money which can be used for your rent and security deposit. Bewaredesired settlement: please post this asap so "renting concepts" do not claim anymore victims.

[redacted] she's not telling the truth and should be ashamed of herself. Wanted us to set up appointments for her, our contract says- we don not make appointments. But.....The representative who helped her on 5/14 set up (1) one place for her to see anyway. Because we feel [redacted] might not have understood, we have returned her money, minus a $25.00 application charge, to the address we have on file.
