Rent.com

Review: I found an apartment through Rent.com. They advertise a $100 reward if I rent an apartment through them by telling my landlord when I signed the lease that I found the apartment through Rent.com. I did this and entered all of my personal information on the Rent.com site including my lease. I signed a lease that started 2/28/15 for one year. The Rent.com site claims a verification has been sent to my landlord at [redacted] asking for verification of my lease. My landlord [redacted]) says she has never received the request neither through email or regular email. I have called and left several detailed messages at the Rent.com site and emailed them as well but to no avail. The automated phone system has had me on hold as long as 15 minutes before I give in and leave yet another message asking for my reimbursement. To date, no one from Rent.com has contacted me nor have I received my $100 reward for renting through them. Please help me. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want my $100 reward card that was promised me through their advertising. It sickens me how much effort I have put into this and that they have all of my personal information.
