If I understand Ms. [redacted]’ complaint correctly, she has indicated that our Agency is reporting an illegitimate account on her credit file.  She further indicates that she submitted a validation request to our Agency and received an invoice for charges. Our office received this account from our client, The Colony Apts., April 1, 2013 to assist in the collections of the final move-out charges of $2253.87, incurred by the consumer. Our records reflect a dispute filed by Ms. [redacted] stating the account was not hers was received in June of 2016, in which our office responded by sending Ms. [redacted] a letter requesting further information.  That letter was returned as undeliverable with no forwarding address.In July of 2016, we received a request for validation from Ms. [redacted] with an updated address and mailed Ms. [redacted] a copy of the move-out statement provided by our Client outlining the charges.  That document was never returned and deemed to have been received.  Our records do not reflect any further communication from Ms. [redacted] until this complaint with your Agency.  Upon receipt of this complaint, our office reached out to our Client for additional documentation however, our Client was unable to provide the requested documentation.Taking this into consideration, I am cancelling the consumer’s account from our office as our Client failed to provide specific documentation requested.  This by no means absolves the consumer of the debt but it does remove our office from any collection activity on the account.I appreciate Ms. [redacted]’ frustration in getting this resolved.  I have updated this account with the Consumer Reporting Agencies to be deleted from Ms. [redacted]’ credit report.  Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the update to be processed.We hope we have answered Ms. [redacted] complaint regarding this account.If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.SincerelyHolly H[redacted]Assistant Compliance ManagerIQ Data International, Inc.This communication is from a debt collector.  If you need further information please contact me directly. Thank youHolly H[redacted]

There is no one owed monies here.Global Rent .com has access to public small records and now they say I owe them,I do not.I have court records that state that Oxford Square Apts. was not awarded a monetary judgement against me.The manager of the apt.liked me,and understood I left a job that was commission only and although had worked full time for two months I was paid nothing.I was then hospitized with a brain bleed and a month later was diagnosed  with Ovarian  cancer. IQ Data Management has been shut down by the Federal Government for doing just this sort of unlawful collections before and they simply returned with a new business name.I am poor and 68 yrs.old with no husband or family and I am trying to live on $932.00 per month.Leave me and every other person who owes you nothing alone or I will contact the same government office that shut you down the last time.kon
