Review: On 1.12.16, I registered fir the online service to receive assistance with locating an apartment. But during or shortly after the registration, I received a call stating that an aoartment I had previously applied fir I was approved for. I immediately. Alled the number on the ad 1.973.951.3850 and explained the situation, requesting how to obtain a refund . The representative advised me to send an email to [email protected] to explain the situation. I did what was advised didnt hear back. I called the next day and spoke with the same rep who afain advised me to send another email and call the numbers listed on the website. I sent another email on 1.14.16 stating if I dont hear anything by 1.15.16, I would be contacting the Revdex.com. I receievd a call from a rep and she advised she would be submitting my complaint to a supervisor and I will hear back from her by the close of business and I didnt recieve a call. So I sent an email again on 1.17.16 and also called the numbers listed on 1.19.16, [redacted]and [redacted] and still havent heard back from anyone. The services are supposed to be good for a period of 6 months and although I received a username and password to use the services, my account was been deactivated the same day it was opened, however my money has not been refunded.
