Rent Party Boat Miami

I rented a boat through *** with www.rentpartyboatmiami.com. After the initial inquiry online, he contacted me directly via email with a quote. We then spoke on the phone and via text message over the next several weeks to confirm details of our booking. I paid him in advance and in full for the boat as well as a jet ski for a 3 hour duration on Saturday, July 20, 2019. I also have a signed contract and confirmation emails and text messages that everything was received and booked. When our party arrived to the marina address he provided on 7/20, he was nowhere to be found and would not reply to any texts or calls. We ended up meeting the actual owner of the boat we supposedly had booked while we were waiting at the marina, and he said that *** never paid him or booked the boat for us. I filed a police report with the Miami Police Department as well. I have still not been able to get in touch with him and have yet to receive a refund for the $1800 I paid him. This website and boat broker need to be listed as fraudulent.
