The customer has been given copies of all credit card tickets relating to this transaction and acknowledges receipt of these. Her issue...
is with her issuing card company not posting the refund of $71.80 yet. We cannot do anything more than we have on this.

I feel that enough time to get my items. My only concern is that he said he throw it away Monday. So I need to make sure he has all my items and that nothing was taken out. I need prof that he still has my items.
