Do not rent from here (Baltimore-Northern Pkway location) They do not clean cars unless you specifically ask them Also, they rent out vehicles that do not run properly I rented a vehicle on my way to Virginia and it was shaking when I drove at high speeds and began coming to a haltAlso, when we put on the brakes at basic traffic lights, etc Told the Asst Mgr(C*** women) of it and she was not willing to provide a discount or even apologetic of the inconvenience She was rude!! She said that I would be called by days end after they took the car to the mechanic to verify and its been nearly one week My family was at risk with this faulty vehicle especially since we traveled out of state
