Rent-A-Wreck of Alexandria

Review: Extremely bad experience. I rented a car and they put a $250 hold on my account. When I returned the car they told me my money should go back in less 7 days. That was in July 20th,it is August 8 and I'm still waiting for MY MONEY!! I talk to [redacted] and told her what my bank needed,she send it, but my bank wanted a release letter type in, not hand written, I called her again and she said she was going to do it. When I called my bank they said she send the same hand written note!! This people are very unprofessional,she was blaming everything on me and my bank. You don't need a P.H.D to type in a letter and printed and fax it.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.
