I selected Skyyline to repair hail damage to my Volvo V70RI reviewed my expectations with the Owner and the General Manager when I dropped the car off on July 2015: 1) Repair the hail damage, 2) reassemble the car properly, 3) replace or repair lost or damaged parts, and 4) take the time needed to do a good job The Owner accepted the job under these conditionsAn employee returned the car on September
The Owner took his time and his body work outstanding! However, the vehicle was reassembled improperly and there was incidental damage to the carMany parts were broken and missingSome missing parts were found laying about the shop; some broken parts were scattered about the carI repaired what I could and ordered replacements for the restThen I reassembled my car
The Owner said the employee who disassembled left the company so he brought in another person to reassemble it This person reportedly had Volvo experience but the damage suggests otherwise:
