Rent A Tent

This company set up a tent for my daughter's wedding without making sure they contacted me regarding proper placement for the tent. They said they called me one time but failed to even leave a voice message asking me to call them back. They called me and did talk to me once but never mentioned any problems with the tent location and setup, only had a question about the table and chairs. I was never given any impression they didn't know what they were doing regarding tent placement. They put it in the place where the wedding vows were to take place which partially blocked the area where the wedding chairs were going to go and when I told them it had to be moved they said it would cost me the price of a new tent--$650 dollars. They were rude to my husband on the phone when he tried to talk to the owner and again we were held hostage and told that if we wanted the tent moved it would cost us. They said they would move it but were going to charge my card that they had on file 300 dollars to do it even though my husband told them it was their fault for not getting exact clarification on the tent location prior to setup. They kept trying to blame the owner of the farm, [redacted], but I told them clarification needed to come from the person paying for the tent before setup began. They advertise customer satisfaction but could truly care less about it. They made my daughter's special day very stressful which was totally uncalled for.
