Rent a Maid Watertown

I paid for a full house cleaning and my house is not clean. [redacted], the owner, told me over the phone that 4 hours of service would pay for a full house deep cleaning. She said they would clean all the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bathrooms, floors, and wipe down the walls. They didn't even vacuum. They said my vacuum was broken and as soon as I got home and saw they hadn't vacuumed I turned it on and it worked just fine as it always has. Their motto on their website and fb page is "we don't cut coners". This actually has made me laugh as they did not sweep any of the corners in my house or behind or under anything. AT ALL. These are just two of about a page long list of simple, basic things they didn't do. Such as wiping down the base of the toilets, the sinks, the floors in the bathrooms, etc. When I called to complain they said they ran out of time and would come back. I left a list of the things they told me they would do but didn't. After their second trip my house still was not vacuumed, and the only thing it appeared they did on the list was move my palm tree and sweep behind it. When I tried to complain yet again, they hung up no me, and said I just wanted free services. It is sad that a company is taking advantage of military families. I have looked into making a formal complaint through the [redacted] Military base but am having trouble figuring out who to talk to. I would hate to see another families hard earned money taken. I just wanted some help since my husband is gone and it is hard to find time to keep everything as clean as I like it and all this has become is a headache and a disappointment. I asked her to clean what she said she would or give me my money back and she said she would do neither and hung up on me. I have several pictures taken right after they left. I will provide those however you would like to receive them. I have tried to settle this civilly but she continues to insult me and say my house was dirty. I also have messages to prove.
