We are in receipt of your letter with regard to a complaint filed by Ms [redacted] on 2/17/Our portable restroom has been scheduled for removal on Friday 2/23/18.Please know the following circumstances:We received a call from [redacted] Construction on 2/12/requesting a portable restroom be delivered to their site, an empty lot at the corner of [redacted] Road & [redacted] Street, Columbus, OH 43204.Arrangements were made for delivery on 2/13/with [redacted] Construction financially responsible for the order per their purchase orderThe service routing was then scheduled for Thursday 2/15/and again on 2/22/18.We received a call from Ms [redacted] on 2/20/requesting that the unit be moved away from her line of vision to another lot in the area where the homes were not occupiedWe stated that we would need to get any move approvedby [redacted] Construction as they were the renting partyOn 2/21/our driver went to the site to meet Ms [redacted] 's requestHowever, our attempts were met with restrictions by surrounding equipment that would falterour weekly cleaning effortsPlease know that our efforts to meet Ms [redacted] 's request were scheduled for the following day as her call was received at 3:09pm and all drivers had left for the day.After receiving your letter and speaking with the superintendent for [redacted] on 2/22/18, they asked that the portable restroom be scheduled for removal as soon as possibleThe pickup will take place tomorrow.Please advise our office should there be any further questions or concerns with regard to this matter.Bobbie R [redacted] Rent-A-John Portable Sanitation
