To start, Renr a home has been one of the most in our opinion unprofessional businesses we have dealt withThe lack of customer service and care if astoundingThe impossibility of reaching a manager and having them respond to phone calls, voicemails, messages and emails is beyond frustratingThe lack of kindness and care when you speak with someone at the front desk or ask to be transferred is appallingWe not only Have dealt with these issues but also, being told our lease was lost/misplaces/never received after a year of having our own signed copyBeing asked to leave the home we have occupied and leased under and executive rental for years in a day time line at Christmas with our two small children (then realizing we were contractually allowed days) multiple issues with the home being blamed on us when in fact the home has and does have issues before we moved in due to the lack of care it receivedOur neighbors and lawn care professionals have all told us on multiple occasions that the owners left their college student son here alone which resulted in massive parties, noise and destruction to the property prior to us taking on the leaseThese issue have resulted in plumbing problems etcBc of this there have been on going issues with the toilets and we have had to request many many maintenance repairs, one of which was our fault most however were due to previous issues as statedRent a home has been unresponsive in our attempts to contact them regarding the bills for these servicesOver all it had been nothing short of a disaaapoitnmentAs a property management company you expect a level of professionalism and kindness that simply does not exist with rent a home and their managers or employeesThe only redeemable remark is that the companies they contract to do their repairs are always kind, efficient and quickOther than this I would highly recommend finding another property management company to lease fromIf not, all I can say is "good luck!" You'll need it
