Rensom Inc

Had a problem with my alarm system on April 8, 2017. Contacted Rensom answering service 5 times -told messages were picked up - never received a call back. Discontinued service by letter on April 18th but had sent a check for service starting in May before I had the problem. Asked for my money back for service he wouldn't be providing in 2 letters. Never received the courtesy of an answer or refund. Poor business ethics!

Review: Rensom Inc is sending me bills for security monitoring that they have not done for years. My home security monitoring system is [redacted] Shield. I have called Rensom Inc, no answer, I wrote them, no reply, I need them to cease and desist from sending me a false bill yearly.Desired Settlement: Stop sending me bills for services not provided. Send me letter acknowledging their mistake and cancelling any claim that I owe them for services they do not perform.
