Possibly the worst experience I've had with any companyMy parents rented a house from Renshaw from to in GermantownWe first started noticing the companies unresponsiveness with maintenance requests, issues would be unresolved for months despite multiple visits by the maintenance crewThe main reason I'm here warning other's about this companies unethical and unprofessional practices is how they handled our security depositWe were forced out of the home after our lease was up because the owner of the home found a buyer, there were constant visits by real estate agents and clientsAdding insult to injury, a move out inspection was never conducted and for the past two years, we've been trying to retrieve our security depositDespite our lease being with Renshaw, THEY RETURNED OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT TO THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE! I apologize for the capsWe worked with the owner of the management company to retrieve our deposit, but it seemed like he was hoping we would just go awayWe are seeking legal action for our security deposit and damages/interest
Based on the reviews from the page, the only people they care about are the property owners (see for yourself)
If you can, avoid at all costs, you have many options in Memphis to rent fromIt's not worth the headache
