I put down 2,000$ on a four door 2006 infinity M35. *** which is the owner of renown automotive wants 8,000$ for the car. Me being a female and not knowing I could have purchased the same car for about $3,000-$4,000.00. Anyways, I am extremely unhappy with the car. It is making all kinds of noises, the ac belt was literally ripped down the middle, there was no oil or coolant in the car not to mention the engine sounds like its going to completely fall out of the car. This is not the first car I have purchased from Bill and the previous cars all had things wrong with them as well like, engine ticking, car running hot etc.. At this point I just want a refund so I can take my services elsewhere but Bill will not give me a refund for the car at all, he did offer to exchange it but who wants to keep buying basically junk cars'!
Product_Or_Service: 2006 infinty m35
Refund I honestly would just like my $2000.00 refunded so I can be able to purchase a dependable car with no issues.
Dear Revdex.com,
In Response to the complaint received, *** previously purchased a 2003 Honda Accord on 09-17-19 and was making payments through Car Financial Services to establish credit history for six months. However, she is currently $967.50 past due. *** had falsely stated to Renown that she caught those payments up, which she had not, as Renown later found out through Car Financial Services that she was still past due and it is now going on her credit bureau as a repossession unless she in fact pays the past due amount to date.
Being that *** had never complained about any issues with the 2003 Honda Accord and Renown trusted that she was current on her payments, Renown allowed her to purchase another vehicle.
*** saw the 2006 Infinity M35 and took it for a test drive and decided she wanted to purchase it. *** gave $2000.00 down payment and signed a legal binding contract and took delivery of the vehicle and drove it home. *** did call Renown the next day and stated she was not happy with her purchase as she didn't like the vehicle and stated that there were issues with it.
Renown wants to make their customers happy and so we offered to let her switch vehicles and stated to her that we will pick out a vehicle of her choice and to her liking that fits her budget. However, we can not offer a refund at this time as there are two binding contracts between *** and Renown and she took delivery of the vehicle. Renown will work diligently to find her a vehicle she will be happy with.

Everything Renown has said is false!! I did not take the 2006 infinity for a test drive at all!!!! Bill which is the owner of renown automotive is a complete *** He stated he would find a car of my liking and did the complete opposite, he sent me pictures of several cars and asked which one did I want. Of course I picked the one I desired and he purchased something completely different! Something I told him I did not want! He purchased what HE could afford. As for the Honda, I have a confirmation number of $860 that I paid and no I am not paying the remainder amount so yes go ahead in put it on my credit! And I voluntarily gave the Honda back so how would it even be a repo? He texted me the other day stating he would pay it off anyways. So since I can't get my $2,000 back that's fine. I don't want anything to do with Renown Automotive, the owner or his junk cars that he sell. I will also be leaving a review on the website and make sure no one I knows purchase any cars from renown. Thank you!
No, the company has not addressed any of my issues at all.
