Review: We paid Renovations Are Us in full ($64,500) one month ago, before they completed our house renovations. They do not answer our calls, and the following repairs remain unfinished: varnish floors in four rooms, remove construction garbage from the back yard, add plaster board in laundry room basement, touch-up paint on marks on walls, and return our set of house keys. In addition, they owe us $350 for our purchase of a bathroom vanity and faucet for which they were to reimburse us.Furthermore, they consistently made important decisions without consulting us, such as choice of front and back doors and the number and placement of kitchen cabinets. They did not do what whey were asked, but did what was easy and convenient for whem. Since Renovations Are Us refuse to contact us to discuss a possible solution to their neglect, we will need to hire another contractor to complete their unfinished job. They are dishonest are should have their liscence revoked.Desired Settlement: $3,000 for bathroom vanity, faucets, floor varnishing, garbage removal and labor for another contractor. Also, return of our house keys.
