The owner of Renovations & Construction is not following up on his work and fixing the repairs that he said he would He is under contract with a year warranty and the construction work he provided doesn't work (electrical & security lock) at one location and (plumbing leaks) at another location He isn't answering his phone calls, texts or emails He has been very late in completing the projects and now that we have discovered issues, he promised to remedy but isn't coming to fix them
