Very horrible landlord, I rented from him and always paid my rent a week a head of timeI would half go to a bank and deposit my rent money in a bank accountWhen I asked him to fix a water leak in the apartment above meBecause water was dripping down from the up stairs into my apartmentHe accused my roommate and I breaking the water pipeYou could clearly see that the pipe had broken from lack of maintenanceWhen we refused to pay the repairs he waited till we paid rent againThen a week later had papers served for us to move out for failure to pay rentAt the same time had done this to the people up stairs as well
