We hired this company Renova Flooring owned by a person named *** (that we never got to meet we always had to communicate through Billy-Sales Person) to do a home remodel for our home that included painting the entire house, Laminate wood floor to entire first floor, Tile in all wet areas, and Granite to kitchen counter topThe sales person Billy was outgoing and helpful initially, but once we paid them half the monies on the quote communication was sporadic or lacking to the say the listWe started calling, and texting them to check on when they will be starting, the quote stated they will be starting on 3/21/2017, they finally responded on 3/and reported that the laminate person would be out on 3/28/They came out on the 3/28/2017, ran out of lining for laminate and had to come back the next day to complete the workWe texted Billy when laminate was completed on 3/28/to ask what would be the next job and when to expect contractorsNo word yetI am so disappointed with *** the owner we never met and Billy his Sales person for their lack of communication and follow through with the contractThank God, we found another contractor to paint the home, complete granite...we would still be waitingTile and Carpet is still not completedPlease be warned!

My initial contact was with Gary Annunziato I emailed him on January 26, asking for a bid for carpet and pad at my property An appointment was made for the next day and then cancelled for two additional days I was presented samples and I picked one I also wanted to know if my hardwood floors could be screened They said they would check on it *** *** then starts getting involved and telling me that screening is not an option and replacement would be needed I went back and forth with them on all this for a couple of weeks I had to make no less than six changes to the carpet because they couldn't get it any longer On February 17, 2016, I gave a check for $to replace the carpet and the hardwoods I recorded every conversation for proof and outlined to both parties what I expected Carpet and hardwoods were installed A closer look revealed the pad was not what I requested The hardwoods were not installed properly and loose boards, gaps and glue we
