In every one of this businesses ads on eBay, their ad clearly states "Free Shipping" This is the ad that I was looking at *** *** *** *** *** ***You can clearly see the axle and all of the suspension parts that I inquired about, but they said that I would have to pay shipping to receive these parts This is clearing advertising

Reno's Auto Parts, Incdoes offer free shipping on most items listed within our eBay store, but not all of themThis customer inquired about a front axle assembly and additional parts to convert his truck over to 4XThe additional parts he requested were not listed for sale on eBay, and
therefore, did not have free shippingThese additional items also included a front frame section which is very large and expense to shipThe customer was notified that we did not have all the items he requested listed for sale on eBay but that we had them availableAt that time, he was quoted a price for all the parts he requested minus the shipping charges for the additional itemsHe felt we should ship all of the items for freeThis was not a "bait and switch" tactic with advertising since we did not have the additional items for sale on eBay with the free shipping optionThe only part that was advertised for sale with free shipping was the front axle

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Reno's states that they offer an extended warranty and I did purchase an extended warranty offered by *** called the "*** Protection Plan" I contacted *** on this issue and was told that the engine has an "existing condition" and they would not honor the warranty Also, when I talked to Reno's about the engine I said that I was calling about an engine problem and the person I spoke with said that he "could help me with that" He did not identify himself but represented himself as someone that could make a decision on the matter.It appears that neither Reno's nor *** want to assume any responsibility for the damage to this engine
