Entered business on Nov. 21st, 2013 to have some links taken off watch, Owner said he just came back from vacation and he had "too many things to do". Turned me away,Desired SettlementI feel I require an apology.Business Response when the customer came to my shop,I told her that I had just returned from vacation to discover that my shop had been broken into.there was vandalism & a large amount of merchandise was stolen.I told her I was in the midst of providing a police report, & taking invetory to provide formy insurance claims agent,& that it was a bad time for me to wait on any customers.I told her,another time would be better to take care of her watch band.if there's any question of my business practices,contact the [redacted],as they have published several articles on my business,reno watch & clock over the last 25 years that i've been at this location.thank youphilip narongbusiness owner
