We signed up July 1st to have a sunroom completed between Sept and Oct, it is Nov, never heard from the even with calls and lette s. Gave them a large deposit. Had to call credit card company to stop payment yesterday. They have a bad faith contract, dishonest, won t call back, I wouldn't at this point to dump my trash, can't be trusted. I left fax s, letters voice mail, nothing back from them. Three months passed, no work done, last contact Oct 10, 2015. Signed building contractor's agreement on 8/27/2015, no work has been done, no contact since Oct. 10, 2015. Reno Sunrooms not returning phone calls or E-mails since Oct 10. Desired SettlementFull refund of all moneys paid to Reno Sunrooms by us and [redacted], since no work has been done.

We signed 2 agreements with Reno Sunrooms, one to purchase and install a patio cover (July 24, 2015) and also purchase and install Polar Shades (August 19, 2015). Total cost of the project is approximately $15,000. There has been absolute non-existant communication from Reno Sunrooms, when we called early October to find out how things were progressing, they informed us that they had mis-quoted the Polar Shades and that it would cost us an additional $1,500. After a lengthy debate with them about their obligation to honor the agreement, we told them we would let them out of that contract if they would just get the patio done. They assured us (verbally and in writing) that they would have the product delivered on Tuesday, October 20.
