to the length of time the repair took that was no one's actual fault but just a product of the situation. Customer has been nothing but rude and unreasonable in their demands. Customer refuses to return rental car and pick up their vehicle, and that is only resulting in more rental days being racked up on their bill. Due to refusal of Big O's offer the goodwill offer has been retracted. Customer is responsible for their portion of the bill that the warranty company did not pay as well as the portion of the rental car bill that the warranty company will not pay.
We understand the customers complaint and have spoken to both the customer and FCA(corporate) about it.
The customer was told that if they didn't want to trade the vehicle towards the purchase of a new vehicle then they needed to follow the proper channels to have FCA address their concerns as...
the manufacturer of the vehicle.
Big O DCJR is not responsible for the unwanted characteristics of the vehicle.

Once again Big O Dodge has done nothing but shift blame, Big O Dodge, Service Advisor, G[redacted] had done nothing but been dishonest in regards to this entire process and instead of his manager and the GM get actual facts this would not be ongoing. Also, my responsibility has went from $180 to $712.70 to now $997 and that is not only ridiculous but unjust. Of course anybody going through this would be upset and I'm beyond upset, I refuse to pay anything out of pocket due to Big O Dodge failing to repair my within the time frame their serice advisor guaranteed. Also, I'm requesting my down payment back and I don't feel that is an unfair request. Big O Dodge is the most unprofessional, dishonest and crooked dealership on the planet, this has been a total nightmare and they cstate Ive been rude when no one from that the dealership has personally spoken to me[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.]Regards,

the only person I have spoken to over the details of this is [redacted]… they know that they did not credit us for the trade in.. the finance guy named rob was very rude to my wife and he would not go over the contract information with her … I contacted the dealership the very next morning to tell them about everything .. they did not return my calls until after I started filing complaints. so they have had over a week to resolve this matter . now we are prepared to contact every organization to help bring this to a close up to reversing the sale… since they have not fixed their mistake and replaced our trade in we are now going after everything we can get to make us whole.

We can only replace parts that [redacted] will authorize us to replace. We hate that she is having the issue with the vehicle, but if we cannot duplicate the problem then we have nothing to fix. We did tell the customer to try to come by when the vehicle was acting up and maybe...
that way we could find the issue at that time. She is also welcome to take it to another [redacted] dealer for a second opinion.
