I gave this DJ $200 for a deposit, it was originally non-refundable. Not a lot of contact came from him. We did try reaching out, but got nothing for several months. He did come back to tell us that he'd been busy with starting a photo booth side project along with his dj career. He still could have told us about it. Then after some more time passed, with him still not keeping contact, he ends up telling me he has to up and leave for Boise in order to not pay for child support here. I do not know if he has left or not but he has not given me back my $200 and he's not emailing me or calling me nor answering either as well. No contact whatsoever from his end.Desired SettlementMy $200 back and a record of this under his name.
