Review: Wife purchased a car from them in December. 2012 Chevy [redacted]. Took it to get inspected for June and the car failed Pa inspection. It failed due to faulty tires on the car. They now want 1200 to replace the tires. The tires are factory original tires that should have been inspected by the dealer prior to the car being put up for sale. This is not the first vehicle they missed inspection items on. I purchase a car in 2013 from them - 2010 [redacted]. It had no high beam headlights on the car. They missed this in inspection also. They are not inspecting their cars by Pa code and law. they are just shoving them through. They now wont do anything about the tires even though they only have 23000 miles on them and that they missed it during their supposed inspection procedures. These cracks are very deep and the car cannot be driven. These cracks did not happen in a six month period per the tires manufacturer and other Chevrolet and tire dealers. Their own sister dealer has said they should have caught that in their pre sale inspection.Desired Settlement: Replace the tires at 50% of the prorated cost. The tire manufacturers will cover the tread prorate that is remaining on the tire. Renn Kirby should cover 50% of the remaining cost.
