Renin Corp

I bought the "K-Frame Stain Grade Interior Sliding Pine Door" manufactured by Renin Corp and sold through[redacted]. The door and track kit, was purchased for $549.99 + HST.
I am extremely unsatisfied with this product as the glue used to hold the door is NOT STAIN-ABLE (contrary to the product description). It also appears that the glue has seeped into the pores of the wood, so it is impossible to sand it out. Unfortunately I now have white blotches where the stain didn't take. Also I had to glue a knot back into the door where it popped out on its own.
I contacted the company directly and their customer service has been sub par to say the least. Initially they responded to my concerns by asking for more information, which I provided. However I have not heard from them since.
For a company that specializes in doors this is poor craftsmanship and not a product they should be proud of. [redacted]
