I want you to know that I can't submit a [redacted] request with out a patients giving me their social security number, *** did return the hearing aids months after purchase even though our cancellation period is days I took them back when I didn't have to because she was yelling in my office with a waiting room full of patients Now I did some checking and found an months 0% account open for *** dated Dec 9th I will call [redacted] today and have that account closed
I don't get very many returns and even less on hearing aids that have been financed. I made a TERRABLE mistake when I returned her hearing aids. I called *** today to discover that I was to not only process a return but also a refund. It has been taken care of. *** will still have a *** account open (it doesn't have a balance on it) if she wants to she needs to call *** *** to close the account, I CNA'T DO IT FOR HER. I also spoke with a *** representative who told me there was no way I could submit her information for financing with out her social security number

I am rejecting this response because: My complaint does not come from [redacted] response to me returning the hearing aides. My rejection of this is that she did open the credit account without my knowledge and I feel this was not a legitimate thing for her to do. I never signed any documentation giving her permission to open this account. I did provide her with my social security number in order for her to start the contract, but I know this contract was made without my signature. I only question how many others has she done this to. I currently have my attorney reviewing everything and I will now leave it in his capable hands.
