We called her immediately after we received her complaint and apologized for the problemWe went out the next day and gave her the estimateWe did have an appointment in January that we could not make due to vehicle problems and so we rescheduled her appointmentWe had another set but then
she cancelled on usThis past time we had the appointment we had a rep call in sickWe didn't cancel her appointment earlier in the day because if another rep became available, we would have sent him right outUnfortunately that wasn't the case and we did cancel an hour prior to the appointment. We try very hard to make every appointment made but unfortunately things go bad even with the best of intension
