have a process in place to remove people from our mailing lists and have requested twice (via email in May and again on 8/31) for Mr. [redacted] to be removed. Unfortunately, it does not appear that our agency followed through and removed him. We treat matters like these with the utmost urgency and have already reached out to our agency to discuss why this has not been handled. Again, we apologize to Mr. [redacted].
