I had a new bay window installed in April of this year. Once installed there were scratch marks and uneven staining, along with certain parts not nailed down. I have had Jason Rohde, the General Manager back not once but twice and still not fixed. He doesn't show up for appointments when scheduled or cancels at the last minute or doesn't have the proper equipment to finish the job. I now even have my window casing coming off. It is now almost four months later and still not resolved. I just spoke with Jason on 8-12 wanting him to get back to me with a date on when things can be finalized low and behold I am still waiting to hear from him. I would think twice prior to purchasing through Renewal by Andersen. I have future work to be done and I guarantee it won't be through them. One last thing, knowing my sales rep new about the issues basically washed his hands of the situation.
