Robert, Jacob and Donovan did a great job 8 windows. . It was cold outside but they had the old windows out and the new ones in so quickly it was like a flash and the cold was not noticed at all. Everything went like professional clock work! We have 6 egress windows also and I thought they may have a problem but they didn't! They deserve a thumbs up for a job well done.

We had 2 windows replaced Jake F. And Mike F. did an awesome job. They were polite and respectful. Did an amazing job in extreme conditions.... it was -9 below outside very cold

I got my new windows in January
2020, the installation crew, Mike D and Jake H, were great. They were knowledgeable, competent, were really good in communicating with me (I had a lot of questions), very respectful and did great with my large and loud dogs. I have aquariums next to one window and they took that into consideration with trying to keep the hold closed as much as possible when switching windows and covering the tanks. I would absolutely recommend them. My windows look great, and hold the heat so much better than my old windows.

The sales guy was a little off on his info, like the screens have a 10 year warrenty, whereas its really only 90 days, but the product and installation team made up for that.

We had two windows and our sliding glass door replaced, and are extremely pleased! Roland and Austin did a superb job. They were polite, friendly, professional, thorough, and very attentive to our needs. Our new windows and door look beautiful. We will definitely be recommending Renewal by Andersen to our friends and family. Thank you so much, guys!

Joryn was our sales guy and wasn’t pushy or rude. He clearly explained the pros of going with Anderson’s windows and left the decision to us. As a result we bought 10 windows.

We had three windows replaced in our guest rooms at the beginning of January on a couple of very cold days. I want to shout out to Mike H., Mike F., and Jacob. This team worked so well in our home, explaining everything as they installed the windows. We love the windows and really happy with the 20 year warranty.

Renewal by Anderson installed our new sliding glass back door. It was all done on 31 DEC.19, from 0900 to near 1400. The team installing it was Josh T. and James M. According to my Mother, ***( I was at work.) They worked very hard removing the old door, cleaned out the frame and prepped it for the installation of the new one. Then they put the new door in place, installed a kick board bottom plate and new door trim as well. This was done on the spot. Mom was very impressed and so was I when I inspected their final product after work. It was excellent and this team did an outstanding job. They get all A's from my Mother, who is 82 yrs young. This is a very good company who stand by their product and their employees. Their work effort and ethics was second to none. *** U.S Army RET.

I had a glass door and one window replaced in October 2019. While we have had a very mild winter so far during late December temps dropped below zero and both froze up solid to the point where they could not be opened. They sent out a technician to check condensation issue but never heard back from them. after going to Andersen website I see many other similar complaints. Save your money use another contractor, I wish I had!

We had 12 windows and a Patio door replaced on our 45-year old house. They look WONDERFUL! Wayne M., Tracy D. and Nick B. did a great job on the removal of the old and installation of the new. They were on time, polite and always made sure I knew what they were doing. They are a great team and did excellent work!

They will not take me off the mailing list. I have called them 3 times, and emailed them once. On one call, the receptionist told me that advertisements were sent and controlled by the post office. Not true, per the post office. Stop the harassment, and please stop sending me advertisements! During the summer received them once a week, and now one every few weeks. They are full page ads on very thick paper. Be kind to the environment and stop sending them. I do not need new windows! Thank you.

We are very happy with our new window. The installers Roland R. and James M. were very professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the installation.

Bobby and Jake F did a fantastic job installing our new windows. They were very professional and did a quick and complete job. They went above and beyond the job as they also fixed a couple of problems with our gutters and garage, that was greatly appreciated as I am not a very good handy man. They also treated our animals with kindness and respect. They arrived every morning at the same time and called us and let us know that they would be here in the next 30 min. as we live in Wasilla and they were coming from Anch. We had nine windows installed and that took 3 days.
The Windows are awesome and keep out the cold and sound as our old windows were 30 plus years old and very inefficient. Once again we would like to thank Bobby and Jake F for a job well done.

Had another awesome experience. Josh and Austin arrived each day on time and worked non stop throughout the day. They were very professional and kept me informed of the status each day. I would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson of Alaska.

I have attached the contract that all parties have signedWe work with home owners associations all the time and denials are usually a matter of clarifying some information that was missed or not understood when originally sent in We have asked on numerous occasions to be allowed to talk to the HOA and have not been given permission from the home owner till recently I have reached out to both the HOA and the president of the Tudor East Condo association to resolve this issue and get the window approved for installation We would like to resolve this issue and the best way for us to do that is to get the windows approved for replacement and install according to the contract.The original $was to cover the difference between the contract price and the financing they were able to obtain The $8,was the 1/deposit that was stated would be collected from green sky within days of the contract being signed We collect 1/after sale, 1/progress, and 1/at substantial completion.We allow a day right to recsind as stated in the contract and state that there will be a 25% cancellation fee after that dateThe right to rescind date was 4/10/The initial contact about cancelation was 5/4/We are working hard to get this resolved with the HOA and install per the contract

This is a five star review for our installers, Mike H and Jess F. The installation was excellent and the clean up was more than expected. We had a couple of issues regarding trim and Mike and Jess made sure they were taken care of to our complete satisfaction. Our only disappointment was the timing of the installation, and some sale issues, which is why the overall review is four stars. It took longer than expected to schedule the installation and one scheduled installation was missed. The windows are expensive, but overall we are very satisfied and the installers alone will make us come back when we need other windows.

Our two installers were not only professional and focused on the task at hand, but they were polite and understanding and were absolutely wonderful. (Bobby and Jake F.) They even were more than okay with moving things that
were in the way of our window and glass door, as well as being super friendly with everyone in the house (even the kitten) They did the job and we are extremely happy with the result. Definitely will recommend!
