07/07/To Whom It May Concern, We have been into contact with [redacted] several timesThe contract is not with Renewable Green SolutionsThe panels were installed on her parents' house and the contract is in her parents' nameWith that being said, we still tried to help her outShe had contacted the contractor who installed the panels months ago and they went out there right away to check the systemShe then contacted Renewable Green Solutions and demanded that we pay her parents electricity billWe asked her to fax over the last months of electricity statements so we could help her determine why there was a bill and till this day, we have only received out of the With the statements that were provided, [redacted] stated on several statements, that the home was using more power than the previous yearsWhich we noted on the statements and sent them back to her to viewWe are not responsible for the 53,that she is demanding from usThe problem could've been avoided if they would've read the statementsThank you, [redacted] Renewable Green Solutions

I am rejecting this response because: When I spoke to Mr [redacted] he advise my brother in law that there was a fuse that wasn't working and the he doesn't understand why the contractor didn't send someone out right away Mr [redacted] also responded that It's not his responsibility that we needed to contact Renewable Green Solutions because it's their responsibility to fix the issue Also when I spoke to Mrs [redacted] that [redacted] mentioned to me that they are not getting credited from he solar panels and that the solar panels are not even working I have send all the documents to Mrs [redacted] and I have mentioned to her that my parent's have decided to have the solar panels removed because instead of helping them with the [redacted] bill they are paying more than what they can afford and till this day they have ignored my mother's phone calls for them to send someone out to have the solar panels removed also in the contract that my parents signed it never mentions that they have to pay $so right their its the Renewable Green Solutions responsibility to explain in their contract the actual amount they have to pay I do have a copy of the contract my parents signed and nowhere does it states they have to pay so much for their electricity if they stated that having this solar panels were going to help them save electricity and save energy and thats completely false.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

She then contacted Renewable Green Solutions and demanded that we pay her parents electricity bill. We asked her to fax over the last 12 months of electricity statements so we could help her determine why there was a bill and till this day, we have only received 8 out of the 12. With the statements that were provided, [redacted] stated on several statements, that the home was using more power than the previous years. Which we noted on the statements and sent them back to her to view. We are not responsible for the 53,000 that she is demanding from us.
