On Dec 4 2019 a person from Moncton Global Water Solutions Inc came to my house to demonstrate there product how there product was working. So we decided to put the system in. And since then we been having problems with the tap they put in. They change the tap twice and 2 other times to try and fix the problem but it's still a big problem. There is soapy water coming out of the tap they put in its also making a mess on counter top every time we are using the water also I very bad smell coming out of tap. We called them several times to come remove there system that I don't want it. They are telling me no I cannot cancel but we had a month to cancel and when we called them they wouldn't answer they were closed for the holidays just returned on the 6 Jan 2020 that's what one of there employee told me when they finally answered. So now they are saying they are not coming to get the system and that we have no choice to keep it and they will send my name to the credit bureaux like really. ***. I repeatedly called to tell them I wasn't satisfied with there product and that's the answer I get. ***. All I wanted is for them to come and get there system because it's no good.

Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. We work extremely hard to please all of our customers. After reviewing this matter with our staff and management team we feel that there is a number of inaccurate points that you have made in your review. We have hundreds of fully satisfied customers throughout the province and we stand behind our products and services. ***. We offer each and every one of our customers a 10 day cancellation period. This allows everyone to take the time to review the purchase and to have the product in their home for review. During those 10 days cancellation is available. It is unfortunate but you chose to contact us well after the cancellation period and we are unable to offer you a refund on your purchase. However we wish to state for the record that we attended your home many times and we offered to review with you the water treatment system and address any concerns you may have had. At our cost we sent to your home a fully certified and licensed plumber who reviewed the installation and found there to be no issues with our system. Further to this we understand you were having a water drain issue which was unrelated to our equipment installation. Although this had absolutely nothing to do with the installation of the water treatment equipment we instructed the plumber at our cost to correct the issue in order to satisfy any concerns you had. Our plumber spent some time at your home and corrected the issue at considerable cost to our company. After this was completed you then called numerous times ***. We are here to help and assist all of our customers but when you began to use profanity and raised your tone considerably we had no choice but to ask you to call us back when you were able to act in a more pleasant manner. Mr. C., we would like to let you know that we are more than happy to provide any assistance you may need and we request that you please call our office and talk to one of our team members in order that we may find a reasonable resolution to this matter. We are looking forward to your call and we are standing by to serve you. Thank you once again for bringing this matter to our attention and please feel free to call us at anytime.
My husband agreed to do a quick survey, they said would he be interested in someone testing our water for free, a 15-20 minute thing, it was booked for Monday at 7pm. I knew it wouldn't be 20 minutes so asked him to call back and verify, they assured him it's a quick thing, 7 rolls around, 7:30... 8 I said "Cancel"... he couldn't get a hold of htem...9:30 the doorbell rings and there's a tiny, young woman BY HERSELF to do the presentation, she said she had just got the call from the company at 8:30 (She was sweet, very pleasant) we asked how long the presentation is she said 1-2 HOURS!!! I told her to no fault of hers we're not interested, she called her supervisor to let them know and we could hear her being BLASTED over the phone... I said "This is NOT your fault" she repeatedly told them she ONLY got the call at 8:30. She was a young mother with an infant and toddler, and this company sent her out to a total strangers house at 9:30 at night on a Monday to do a two hour presentation. Right away this poor young womans safety is at risk as well as her being on the front line after HER COMPANY *** and said it was a 15 minute presentation knowing FULL WELL she'll be there for hours. I called and complained and got "Huh not familiar with that"

We would like to clarify that our water testing procedure can take as little as 20 minutes and usually does not exceed 1 hour.
