We are a family of five. We were told by the sWe were told by the salesman that we could have a two bedroom apartment with the amount of people that we have so we were excited about it and we went home we fill out the application online to pay that $65 for a background check and the $250 for application fee which we were told will be returned to us you know if something didn’t go through so the next day early in the morning got a call from the same salesman told me he made a mistake and I think him because I only had spent $65 which was which was nonrefundable but he said I should receive my $250 back within seven days it has now been about 50 days now I have a made a complaint to my bank but their bank has denied the payback .
