We hired this company to replace gutters and install the leaf lock system back in aug of they have never worked properly from day one and we have had promise after promise that they would make it right and all promises were brokenWe found them thru home advisor and tried to get our issues resolved by working with home advisor and after several months of trying to get it resolved home advisor dropped them as a client and gave us information on how to move forward with a resolution

In April 2017, Renew Home USA installed new gutters on my houseThe gutters are with a lifetime warranty since they have special leaf guards that keep the leaves away, and the gutters need no cleaningHowever, on the front of the house, at the left and the right end where the corners of the gutters are joined, there have been leaksThey need to be resealed so that the water does not leak thereI called and texted numerous times since April, and each time the project manager promised me his men would take care of the problem, but so far nothing has been done
The job of resealing those corner pieces probably will not take more than 1/an hour

I also found this business through Home Advisor They replaced insulation in my crawl space Jerry was very nice and even tried to help us set up a new refrigerator I really liked him and trusted himWell, about years later I would like to contact him to check up on the work he did for us and it looks like the company was a total fake The phone number is a Magic Jack and the website is not a website I am very disappointed and now I am going need someone to check the work they did to find out if they did it at all

I had my roof done and rain gutters replaced in October of Roof is fine but water pours over the gutters in placesI first contacted the company *** to resolve the issue on December I only reported the leak in one area because that was the only one I noticed at firstHe has come out to fix it on a few occasions but the issue remains and I noticed a second leak which I reported in April of Getting *** to show up is a challengeHe routinely promises to "come out this week" but often does not show up
