Telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated they were unable to complete the project because problems started with the counter top that was done by another company, it was not cut correctly. The company stated the incorrectly cut counter top caused the sink
not to fit so the sink nor the garbage disposal could not be installed. The company stated the consumer had a vent already in place, the company thought it was mounted from the top of the cabinets, it was notTo install the vent, it involved cutting through two cabinets and the company was not contracted to do thatThe company stated when the consumer ordered the cabinets- the wrong size lazy susan had been ordered. The company stated that they did not cause any damage to the cabinetsBecause the stone counter top was cut incorrectly, the other company had to remove the counter top which involved taking the cabinets down, re-level them and put them back upThe damage to the cabinets was caused by the counter top workers. The company stated that the balance left is $1,000.00, this is for the floor that has been completed. The company stated they are willing to still come out and install the sink and garbage disposal if the consumer gets the right size sink to fit the hole that the other company cut in the counter top.The company stated that they are willing to sand and finish the baseboard. The company states if the consumer is still requesting that the company pay out about the $1,they are requesting that the consumer get some estimates for the work that's left and they will look at them. The company stated he is not responsible for items that were not in his contract or out of his control- such as moving appliances into the kitchen, cutting holes in cabinets and errors caused by the counter top being cut incorrectly

Revdex.com contacted the business VIA telephone and advised them of this and emailed the business the consumer's address to send the check.
