The salon was really nice and my boyfriend and I were treated very well. Heather did a great job on my lips. I would return there for additional treatments in the future. I would also recommend the salon to friends and family.

Great friendly staff that are always willing to help if answer any questions you may have! I have been in for consultations and had procedures done and STILL the quality of service did not change!

Responded to an advertisement for lip service for $100 off. And after four days my lips return to normal.
I went in to have a lipservice treatment that was advertised as $100 off. There were no price list posted anywhere so I did not know if I was getting $100 off or not, I paid $600 for the service. I Purchased one full syringe of the ultra treatment and was told that it should last up to 18 months. Within four days my lips are back to normal with no visible evidence that I even had the service done. When I went back I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. I was not offering any kind of compensation whatsoever.
There were no policies posted pertaining to any guarantee or no refunds or anything like that.

I don't think I can stress how much I love Renew Beauty. Kelly administered my first ever Botox and she was just amazing. I felt so comfortable and she answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease! I can't wait to go back to get my lips done!!

The staff is very personable and friendly and Nicole wonderful at administering treatments!

Alison was such a pleasure to visit! She took the time to listen to what my goals were and used her knowledge and expertise to help set up a game plan. She put me a total ease! She truly is amazing at what she does. She genuinely cares to make her patients happy and her work reflects that.

The employees are not well trained. they have not enough knowledge about the products & procedures one-time I asked the price of an eye cream and the moisturizer and they had no clue finally I left .
I normally come there to get vitamin shots and I'm happy with Nicole very much.
The most annoying thing is when I am at the front desk try to ask a question about a procedure or pay always lots of distraction .
you cannot have a single conversaction without distraction . Unfortunately they are not much friendly and very ignorant.
So in this way you are going to lose so many customers you all lost me because I had planned to do some procedures and your employees were not enough knowledgeable also anytime I call there it takes forever for someone to pick up the phone and then I get transfer to different departments and that is very annoying.

Nicole is truly amazing!!! The kindest soul I ever met and listens to what you want! Made me feel like a new girl and brought back confidence that I haven't found in years! The whole team is magical and when you walk into the door you are family ð???

It was my first time getting any sort of injectables, and I was very nervous. After reading countless reviews, and asking the advice of many experienced friends Renew Beauty was a big name that kept coming up. Feeling solid in this place as a choice for my first endeavor into injectables I booked an appointment for consultation with Alison ***. I was worried about procedures being pushed on me I didn't want, but Alison was nothing but professional and helpful. She spent about 20 minutes talking to me, and never pushed anything other than what I was asking about. She didn't even suggest anything otherwise until I asked her to, but never pushed. Never tried to upsell me; which made me trust her words even more. This is something I really appreciate about Renew Beauty as compared to other medspas.

We decided together to start with botox, and even though I wanted filler too that day, Alison was the one to tell me to wait and think on my choices. She then told me to come back in 2 weeks so she could check my injections and make sure everything settled the correct way. Since it was my first time she didn't over do it, and took the proper amount of time to check and assess my specific needs. After two weeks I came back for my follow up, and Alison again talked to me for about 15 minutes regarding more questions I had about filler, and once again never pushed anything on me. (I actually decided against filler for the time being.) She then assessed how my botox was settling and the muscles strength. She was the utmost professional and I really appreciated the genuine care, skill, and passion *** shows. I will definitely be coming back to Alison and Renew Beauty Med Spa in the future.

Futhermore, the rest of the staff was kind, friendly, and professional. They made me feel completely at ease, and once again no one else pushed anything on me that I didn't ask about. I really value the entire staffs attitude towards their customers and how helpful everyone was. Every single one of them made this place so great. Genuinely all medical offices/spas/businesses should aim to run the way Renew Beauty does.

Yet another great experience at Renew at Northpark. There was a last min scheduling conflict with my normal provider, but they got me a sub at the same time and never skipped a beat. Great services offered by knowledgeable and personable staff. I refer all my friends here as I have never had a bad experience. Thanks guys!

The staff has been really great, and have lots of experience and knowledge about each and every procedure. They spend plenty of time explaining in detail about your treatment so you will understand how to get the best results possible, and then follow up to see if you are satisfied. I went and got my lips done for the first time ever about 3 weeks ago by Alison and she was amazing! The staff is amazing! Everything was so easy. There honestly isnt that much pain but they walk you through everything and make sure your prepared each step of the way! I'm always thinking about when I can go back! Thank you guys!
