After only using the chair 2 times, the wheels created holes in the canopy because of poor positioning. Customer service was not helpful and said that we created the holes. The chair is great but the wheels will ruin your chair. Customer service is rude and not helpful. Not what we expected ...

Horrible company sub standard product too many better products on the market to waste time here

And if having a bad product wasnt bad enough customer support is abysmal but it starts at the top and the owners incompetence permeates the company

I received a chair as a gift. I opened the box and upon inspection there was a section where the seam didn't get sewen. I sent pictures of the defect to their customer service 'text' line and the customer service was non-existent. They don't even have a phone number into customer service. I have a neurological disability and I couldn't even get in or out of the chair. This is a Benchmarkable example of the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 68 years on this earth.

Do not ever consider purchasing any products from this company as this would just support their bad behavior. I would have given them a zero if it was a option.

I wrote a check to the person that gifted me the chair as I don't accept gifts.

The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn’t give them 0. Please people, save your money! A $100 chair shouldn’t be torn within a few weeks of purchase. The suggestion from Customer Service was for ME to sew it myself. WTH! The only thing customer service is good for is telling you how long they’ve been in customer service! I hope anyone reading these reviews decides to take their business elsewhere. Wish someone had warned me!

I ordered a chair late November. Asked via text where it was. That’s all I wanted: a ship date. Got a sharp answer that I should remember that it was delayed shipping. I told her to take a kinder tone. She got all offended and sent the text string to the general manager, who then read me the riot act about how wonderful they are and what a nasty person I was and he cancelled my order and said have a very merry Christmas. Yeah, well thanks for nothing. I have never seen a business cancel an order just to punish someone. And it’s not me they punished, but the innocent party who was going to get a gift. But I will tell everyone on the beach (when they like my Renetto chair) what a scumbucket company this is. I guess I am used to Amazon, who does not charge you until they ship. Not like these folks who take your money right away but ship whenever.

I ordered a purple canopy chair from Renettosaid ships in business daysand then ships easter week which if you look at it when I ordered it had a cut off on an offered discount to be shipped easter week no later then 4/12/which days would make it good friday almost the end of easter week so I felt positive opened an account so I can keep up with the status a couple of days passed and I checked and it said processinga couple of more days pass and I go to my account still processing so I checked my emailsso phone number to contact no email addressno estimated delivery date so I went to their web site looked under contact us no phone number and no email addressbut shows a email us button I clicked on it and it did not work how am I suppose to get ahold of this company to find out about my order so I went to [redacted] when I had found them the first time , they have a store on [redacted] so I look no phone number no email addressnothing so I commented on their page I seen where other people comment and they got a reply the next day so I wrote I ordered a purple canopy chair on 4/12/didnt want to give out too much info being [redacted] well days later no response im very worriedthinking I got tookso I messaged them again real worried I asked them if they where on the up and up they would reply to my questions .still nothing , friends told me they might be scammimg I said no they have a store right on [redacted] they said it dont matter on the of april I finally was able to use the contact us button asked where is my order the next day no reply so I went to [redacted]  and called the number renetto put on [redacted] to another reply under my questions I called [redacted] (***) ***- [redacted] he told me the company is on the up and up and I should get my chair soon he said they might have a back lag of orders so I agreed and hung up .ok hours later I get a letter from them, saying it will be shipped and then after that I got another letter a rude letter saying I slandered them I said how did I slander you when I asked where my order was so I went to [redacted] they deleted my post and blocked me from messaging them and posting a commentso I told my friends what happened they told me again they are scammers turn them in I didnt want to believe it I got another letter saying they are going to refund my money I said why ? no explaination or anything so I looked on my bank account nothing then I got harrassing phone calls from a man saying he gonna sue me for slander I said how when all I wanted was my order to no replys so I drew my own opinionplease tell me if you had any other complaints about this company Renetto.com they are also on [redacted] and a store on [redacted] probably taken peoples money

Great customer service. A pleasant surprise in this day and age. Would recommend to everyone.
