Review: Received a quote from Renegade Auto Glass in the amount of $30, the owner of business "[redacted]" came on 6/5/15 and completed the windshield repair at about 11:45 AM.I gave him $30 cash, but received no receipt. When I called him about 15 minutes later for a receipt, he stated that the yellow duplicate is my receipt, but I told him it's not a receipt, it doesn't state that I've paid the $30. It was a work order with warranty information.He asked me if he can call me back because he is on a job and we will work it out, I said sure. I waited until about 4:10 PM but no call back, hence I've attempted to call his phone number, but he did not answer the phone as he did this morning, and there was no voice mail.I call the Revdex.com for advice at about 4:11PM, and [redacted] advised that I should file a complaint. I told him that I'm afraid Renegade may charge me twice since I don't have a receipt but only the work order.Desired Settlement: A formal receipt "paid in full" that I've paid the $30 in cash on 6/5/15 immediately after the repairs were completed.
