Renee's Massotherapy

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
In addition to Renee's Massotherapy taking almost a week to respond to this matter after initially bringing it to their attention back in November they have admitted to making exceptions more than once to their policy. Both these facts are inconsistent with their decision and demonstrates the lack of care to the public they serve. Furthermore, regardless of their allotted time frame once they admit to making exceptions it is irrelevant to remind the community they serve that they have a policy to stick to, therefore their policy is flawed and needs to be re-evaluated. Hope they use more care and attention towards their future clients than they did with us.
