Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Borisal Liquor and Wine regarding complaint ID [redacted].1. I have called and emailed the vendor over 30 times - with no answer or response.2. My bank is in the process of filing a charge-back claim - but they too have not heard anything from the vendor. My monies are supposed to be refunded on or around 12/**/2017 . . . It's my understanding that they have closed their business and shop in Brooklyn - but unsure of this status. I've filed a complaint with the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office . . . since I imagine there are many other people in the same situation as myself in this regard.
