Underwriting is cancelling my policy, claims "damaged roof". No one has inspected my roof! There is no damage!
An agent showed up at my house to take pictures for underwriting department. They took pictures of my roof from 20 feet away, below the roof, and claim to see areas of missing shingles in the pictures. I have been working with this office for weeks and they refused to send out someone to actually look at the roof they claim is damaged, and they have refused on multiple occasions. The damage they are claiming is not there!
