Renaissance Pere Marquette Hotel

Review: During a business trip a bellboy at the Renaissance hotel roughly handled my luggage and damaged it severely. I followed up with the hotels staff and was forwarded onto their loss prevention officer Ruthie K[redacted]. She seemed very helpful, but was unable to fully process my damage report. I was then assigned to Laquesha Williams, who for a period of over a month has been completely unresponsive to email and phone. They have made no attempt to remedy their negligent behavior and resulting injury to property.Desired Settlement: Would like a follow up call or email from a manager and replacement of my damaged luggage.
