I was billed $162.21 with no explanation as to why. I stayed at her hotel for two months and paid in full in advance for each month. For the month of January I paid $650.83. This covered the entire month. I left a day early, on the 30th. I gave plenty of notice and did no damage of any kind to the room. Two days later, on the February 1st, I was sent an email saying I had been billed an additional $162.21. I left two voice mails, sent texts, and several emails asking for an explanation. She did not respond to anything with any sort of reason or explanation. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. I want a full refund of the $162.21.
