Good morning, The owner of this business is the Interior Designer, [redacted] In October of 2017, I met with Mr [redacted] to discuss a closet system project underneath the stairs, in the entrance area of my homeWe discussed what I wanted to accomplish and the cost of the projectMr [redacted] stated that the cost of construction and materials, would be $I asked if it includes everythingHe said yes I put a deposit of $down the day of the initial meeting The second time that I met with Mr [redacted] , he provided me the contract for the closet projectIn between meeting with Mr [redacted] , I was trying to determine the measurements of the stairs due to the drywall already being in placeWhile trying to obtain the measurements for the stairs, Mr [redacted] organized a design (this would be the third time we met)I told him what I wanted to change and removeI provided Mr [redacted] with the remainder of the $250, so the construction process could beginThe third time I me
