Renaissance Hotel

The customer's confirmation attachment clearly shows that she booked an advance purchase rate, that is non-refundable. She received a reduced rate as she booked the reservation and accepted the terms and conditions of that rate when it was purchased. The confirmation email that she attached clearly states that and states that she agreed to it as well.Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if you need any additional information from us.
