in question:   We contacted the arriving guest 48 hours in advance prior to arrival and arranged for accommodations at a nearby (0.4mi) full service hotel We operated dedicated shuttle service to and form that hotel and subsidized the room rate at the nearby hotel resulting in a saving of $105 (or the equivalent of a typical weekend room night stay.
